There are a few other areas with padding issues. It is cosmetic issues and never really worried me much but look on side most of the widgets are at edge with no margin/padding. Not sure if stylesheet's or what. I can poke around a little with it if it is only on MacOS unless you have an idea as to what may be going on.

The problem is that I’m not able to fine-tune this. I know about QSO Detail. There is the issue that the layout has small spacing. But if there are more cases, I need them documented (e.g., with screenshots) and handled individually, because it’s always necessary to determine the root cause.

I can look around some more but the only two areas that come to mind right off are these two. I just added some padding in a couple spots and I think it looks better:
