How to Increase Provider Timeout

I am getting the below error when calling a read-only function on a contract instance. How do I increase the timeout?

Can you give an example of how you are getting that? The default timeout should be 300s.

But to customize the timeout, you can specify it in the connection info object.

How do you actually use this ConnectionInfo object? I'm using the WebSocketProvider and trying the create a daemon that listens to events without ever closing the connection. What's the best way of doing this?
