Looks like a bug in field settings

It looks like a bug.
I recorded a video to demonstrate it.

I created a field for SEO and while creating I set all swithers as blocked settings from indexing for that field. Then I added this field to my page Entry Type. When I open the page for editing I see that all swithers of the SEO field are not switched on as I expected. In my expectation, if the field has settings to switch on all blockings, such settings must be inherited to all the pages that has this field. It looks like a bug.

Thanks for sharing, it certainly looks like a bug. We'll look into this and resolve.
