Summary
Download and compare the Rh-enamide transition state force field from the QFUERZA Zenodo archive against our optimized Rh-enamide results.
Context
The Zenodo archive (10.5281/zenodo.17386006) contains the full Rh-enamide force field files (~1.8 GB, includes QM data). This is a more complex validation than cisplatin because Rh-enamide is a transition state with many more parameters, and it's the system we actually benchmark on.
Comparing our optimized Rh-enamide TSFF against the paper's published version would be the strongest possible validation of our full pipeline (Seminario + QFUERZA + optimization).
Acceptance criteria
- Download Rh-enamide
.fld files from Zenodo
- Extract force constants from the paper's QFUERZA-optimized FF
- Compare against our optimized Rh-enamide FF
- Document parameter-by-parameter comparison
- Identify and explain any discrepancies (expected due to different optimizer implementations)
