Had trouble booting from a usb flash drive at first (it would load the kernel and then get usb disconnects/reconnects in a loop) but then worked fine from an SD card (using a usb adapter to the same port..). I probably just have a bad flash drive.

Multiboot and installed to eMMC with no issues.
