Super simple and bad steam_api emulator, allows simple single player games with few interactions with Steam to boot without Steam open. DOES NOT WORK FOR MULTIPLAYER GAMES/GAMES WITH MANY INTERACTIONS WITH STEAM.
Tested with like 3 games.
Compile with Visual Studio 2022 to get the dll.
