After set up and asking to install only core or with ui, nothing suggested that this is about JS and web frameworks.

In README it says "Any language*". I suppose "*" was supposed to be a footnote saying that it's tied to JS languages and for others it has to be developed.
Not sure what is involved - to review every skill and remove the skills related for JS platform and their references in navigation.md, so agent management can be used by itself.
