Importer scripts keeps trying to import extensions

Description:
When launching the new version that fixes issue #3, the following behavior occurred:

1. Initial importer script ran with errors
2. After uninstalling VS Codium extensions from Aide
3. Clicking "Restart Extensions" triggered the importer script again
4. Extensions were imported again

Expected behavior:

• Importer script should run only once during initial setup
• "Restart Extensions" should not trigger the importer script again

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch the new version with fix for issue Vscodium and aide share the same extensions folder #3
2. Allow initial import to complete (even with errors)
3. Uninstall some extensions from Aide
4. Click "Restart Extensions"
5. Observe that importer runs again

Workaround: Uninstall imported extensions, close Aide, then relaunch it without clicking "Restart Extensions" button.
