Description of the bug

Once empty, the jungle camo/ olive drab variant of the M41AE2 HPR box magazine will not successfully display an empty icon state, and instead produces the "fix me" sprite.

Additionally, the FORECON HPR starts loaded with a regular non-camo box magazine, which does display the right icon state.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

The box magazine should've displayed the correct icon state for an empty magazine.

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Grab/ Spawn jungle HPR box mag.
2. Empty box mag.
