<span style=color:.. not working with API < 24 

Hello, when I use HtmlText with this :  
```kotlin
 HtmlText(color = Color.White, text = "<p>Le <span style='color: #00f0c7;'>vert</span></p>")
``` 
Color isn't applied when I use API < 24
