Use system rabbitmq-c

Instead of re-building the included rabbitmq-c, how can I tell it to use the already built/existing rabbitmq-c that is present on the system?

You'll have to contribute a patch that allows you to do so.
It's currently not supported.

Alternatively we could build manylinux wheels.
