Translation of Bottle in German

I want to start to learn using bottle. Therefore I want a documentation in German. I looked into the source code and found German *.po strings. There is also a reference of the translation in transifex. But I can't login there with my Github account and I don't get an email to reset my account.

So my question is: Can you provide a German PDF?
I will then add more translated strings/files via PR.

The translation setup and workflow needs some serious work. Translated documentation is not really accessible, currently. I am not sure if translated docs are built at all. Transiflex api changed in the meantime, too. Not sure if it's worth investing time into translations at the moment :/
