Stale blocks for large historical forks

The March 2013 bdb chain fork resulted in something like a 32 block stale chain from blocks 225430-225461. Would be nice if we could include the actual headers/blocks in the database.

The August 2010 overflow bug chain fork would also be neat to have available, from blocks 74638 to ~74689 apparently. Looks like I could recover the overflow block itself thanks to the wiki and forum posts so I'll open a PR for that (#65). Would still be neat to have other blocks from the fork if someone still has them though.

just checked and 74638 fails with bad-txns-vout-toolarge 👍

@deadmanoz did some digging and added 7 stale-block headers from the March 2013 BDB chain fork, at heights 225430, 225431, 225442, 225447, 225454, 225459, and 225460 in #96. He also noted:

Jeff Garzik and Gavin Andresen each posted a binary dump of the fork chain in bitcointalk #153170 two days after the reorg (chain-db48-h225429.tar.bz2 on gtf.org and fork08.dat on skypaint.com), but both hosts are offline and neither file was captured by the Internet Archive.

The headers were recovered from Wayback Machine captures of blockchain.info/block/ and blockchain.info/block-index// pages crawled between 2013-03-14 and 2013-05-01. Scanning the Wayback capture index against the 32 fork hashes yielded 7 with preserved HTML content.

The remaining 25 hashes have no recoverable header source I've yet found on the public net. May need to reach out to those involved at the time (e.g. Gavin Andresen, Jeff Garzik) to see whether (a) I get a response (they are willing to assist) and (b) they still have the data archived...!

DO NOT USE THEM unless you are doing forensic work on the bad block chain.
