Create zkApp and Open API.

Open API:

• returns Mina wallet address on /handle/[name]

zkApp:

• creates handle entry in CMS after specific amount of Mina is paid to address
• allows trading handles (handle as NFT)

Minaverse:

• Shows handle profile with urls: minaver.se/[handle] and minaverse.xyz/[handle].
