Add multiple fields to the loopup of related items?

I would like to be able to have a lookup filter for related items to use multiple (predefined?) fields.

For example, you might have Game and a Version field. If you make 2 fields, one for game, and one for the version, you might not be able to select the correct item because you have a lot of same-named items in the list and the different versions are not shown in the dropdown-select list.

So i would like to have the ability to have fields concatenated, instead of only being able to view the Name field only, List and view any number of field combinations to get the correct record.
