Spike: Provide list of issued emails

As part of the Notification Enhancements Epic UX is reviewing all the issued emails to identify wording changes. A list was provided (from ticket 32680) and is copied below. There is concern this list is missing emails. Review is required to identify the different emails that are issued from the Entities system:
