🐛 Bug Report: Edit Message Triggers Update Without Changes

📜 Description

When editing a message, it generates the new response even if no changes are made. Clicking the Update button without modifying the text still triggers a new response generation.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Open any conversation in DocsGPT
2. Click on the Edit button
3. Do not make any changes to the message
4. Click the Update button

👍 Expected behavior

The update button should be disabled if message is not changed
