Add Support for Okuma G116 Tool Change

I'm trying to add line numbers to tool-change commands in an Okuma file, but GCode-Syntax doesn't recognize the G116 code that Okuma uses for tool changes, so nothing happens. Thanks!

Sorry for taking so long to get back on here and address this. The only issue is that it falls within a G110-G129 for alternate coordinate systems. I can either make a checkbox flag in the options to allow that or incorporate it into the machine type selections.
