The docs currently says:

and must be:
"Added /fewer-permission-prompts skill..."

Also the github releases has the same error.

Wrong name of the skill.

Suggested Improvement

change the
"/less-permission-prompts"
with:
"/fewer-permission-prompts"

Just in changelog and github releases
