Tag validation doesn't match cooklang-rs

I have some tags that contain spaces, which raises warnings. I know from cooklang/cooklang-rs#8 that validation is optional, so can it be disabled (or set by a config option) in chef?

Currently the validation is always enforced. I think adding a config option to .cooklang/config.toml is viable but also I believe searching in the web interface will break with whitespaces in tags. So... if I find enough time to sort this I will add the option, but I can't promise. But as always if you or anyone reading this want to try and add it, PRs are welcome.
