Can't find a translation context menu at kotlin class file (.kt files)

First, I always helped by this translation plugin!!

I need a help at this weird issue.
When i try to translate kotlin doc using right-click context menu, there are no options for that.
I tried other lib, but it not works at kotlin lib only.

`Diaptchers.kt` from kotlin official lib, but cannot find a 'translate' context menu.
`DslList.kt` from protobuf-kotlin, too. `AbstractMessage.java` from protobuf-java, has translate option.

You can temporarily use the latest snapshot version of 3.8 for now, and its official release will be available in the near future: TranslationPlugin-3.8.0-SNAPSHOT.250830.zip
