feat: allow using custom CSS variables for defining element height in accordion and collapsible animations

The accordion animations (animate-collapsible-down, animate-collapsible-up) only support --radix-, --bits-, or --reka-accordion-content-height, causing clunky animations with --kb-accordion-content-height (used in Koblate). Please add support for --kb-accordion-content-height or allow arbitrary custom properties (e.g., animate-collapsible-down-[--kb-accordion-content-height]).
