Update of the theme to 3.4.1 but nothing to find here - is it authentic?

After I have not found any information anywhere I ask here. My websites report that the Starter Theme in version 3.4.1 is available as an update. But I can't find any information about it anywhere. The latest version here is given with 1.3. Is this an authentic update?
