test's binary in bazel-bin raise error

Today when i run in my ubuntu 20.04 ,and it raise an error

qt.qpa.plugin: Could not find the Qt platform plugin "xcb" in ""
This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

I try to ask chatgpt for help,but it not work. I try to install many things.

@KylePade I did some updates on the rules - I think that should be maybe fixed now - maybe you can try again
