Is this bug related to another mod?

Yes, using create's config editor caused the issue to occur.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go down between a cogwheel and a slab.
2. Open create's configurer, change some things.
3. Try to play.
4. SUFFER.

Expected Behavior

Regular gameplay.

Additional context

The specific problems are that the player slows down to a crawl and their camera starts moving erratically as shown below.
