Improve Button Glow

Currently, button glow is very inaccurate and could be improved.

I got it closer by duplicating the drop-shadow filter, though I'm not sure how much of a performance impact it'll have. I also color picked from the pngs that DWMBlurGlass gives.

Thanks for the help! I've been busy with other things, so I haven't had the chance to give button glow the refresh it needs.

Feel free to fork the 3.0-test branch and submit a pull request to that branch, or I can add it manually if you would like. The master branch hasn't been updated in quite some time.

I've used a similar method of overlaying multiple shadows on top of each other for text glow, and haven't noticed any performance regressions.
