IPTV Setting Will Not Work

Tried BLUECAVE_R5.1.0 and BLUECAVE_R5.0.9. My IPTV setting for VoIP (pre-loaded profile by Asus - Maxis_Fiber) will not work correct. Unable make outgoing call. Incoming call unable to connect. Reverted back to Asus Firmware (BLUECAVE_3.0.0.4_384_46468) everything working fine. Appreciate if you can help.

I believe is Asus Bugs. Tested with ACRH17 it works fine. Now even with Asus Firmware is not working anymore. The VoIP service is up for few minutes and down again. Will you solve this bug in your June Release?

Just manage to test out the Beta release. My VoIP was up for minutes when firmware upgrade completed. Incoming call to VoIP was not able to establish. Now the VoIP Service down again.

Attached is the System log from Blue Cave and VoIP Router. I follow Asus youtube Video to setup my VoIP. As mention before, ARCH17 working fine but Blue Cave cannot.

You mean yesterday Beta version BLUECAVE_R5.1.1-gf0c1f0a.trx? Or there is a newer Beta Version? I tested yesterday using Beta Version BLUECAVE_R5.1.1-gf0c1f0a.trx and result as per yesterday finding.

Hi @paldier , i would like to share another observation here instead of opening new issue. When i'm using the BLUECAVE_R5.1.0, i noticed the router surface is warmer than i use Asus Official firmware.

When i use BLUECAVE_R5.1.0 the temperature (Celsius) 2.4GHz: 69°-75°. 5GHz: 74°-80°. CPU:95°-100°. My Living Room temperature around 26°. As Asus Official firmware does not have temperature reading. I can only know the different by sense of touch. Not sure did anyone share this with you.

@paldier Thank you for your effort. I have not yet test the Beta release you shared in Issue #12 . FYI. I have opened a ticket with Asus (servicecenter_apac@asus.com) since 31st-May and until now Asus unable tell me what is the problem.

I saw BLUECAVE_R5.1.1-gc693e81 is ready! Looking forward your official announce with great features!

Tested with the Beta Version 9.0.0.4.386.41994 (website claimed is 386). Not solve the issue i am facing. The workaround is i need to go WAN -> NAT Passthrough -> Disable and Enable RTSP & SIP when i detected my VoIp service down (due to restart BlueCave).

I don't believe this issue will be fix will Asus near future as Asus APAC(Malaysia) team refused to admit there is a problem.
