Good rule! It can be easy to forget to reply to a message when you're in a rush. But when you come back to the conversation and see old messages you left aside, it's nice to at least acknowledge that you read them!

It’s not always easy to follow this rule when you’re in a rush, but not leaving people in the dark should be a goal.
