Divide action creates two records, both of the same activity as the original record being divided.
It does not currently seem possible to select activity for new records, from the actions UI, before tapping divide.
In my use, to change the activity for one of the records created is almost always the intention.
Often one of the new records is of short duration, making it hard for it to be selected from calendar view without additional taps (zoom in or switch to list view).
Current flow is:
select record -> actions -> set divide timing -> divide -> select created record -> activity -> select activity -> save
A more convenient flow would be:
select record -> actions -> set divide timing -> optionally hold on record preview in divide UI for activity selection screen -> divide
