Two small UI updates

@tentamdin Here are two small updates to the fixes above:

1. Explore, Connect and Learn "coming soon" pages:
   Titles should line up with Home (see image below)
   On the Practice page, "Your Routine" isn't lined up with the titles of the other pages:

2. NT said the color of the profile icon on the home page is too loud. I changed it to the same color as the nav icons in the bottom menu. Here's the updated figma screen:
