Notifier creation fails with connector selection – "An unknown error occurred"

Description

When creating a notifier and selecting a connector, the interface returns the following error:

An unknown error occurred. Please provide a support package to your administrator or OpenCTI maintainers.

This prevents the notifier from being created and blocks the configuration workflow.

OpenCTI v7.260417.0

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

1. Go to Settings → Notifiers
2. Click Create notifier
3. Select a connector
4. Error appears immediately: An unknown error occurred. Please provide a support package to your administrator or OpenCTI maintainersµ

Expected Output

Selecting a connector should allow the notifier configuration to proceed normally without error.

Actual Output

Selecting a connector triggers an error popup and prevents notifier creation.

The fix provided by version 7.20260417.0 does not appear to resolve the problem : #15531
