[DevContainer] Migrate to a `glibc` distros (Migrate out of Alpine)

Currently, using Alpine (musl) have some edge compatibility headaches and from my test with some large projects, the tooling and language servers (TS) of Alpine (WSL) is a bit slower than Ubuntu / Arch, so, ideally, we should migrate out of Alpine and uses conventional glibc distro for less issue.
