When attempting to unblock a program and after entering the password I get the first challenge which is a series of characters to memorize. I am never able to do this in time so it gives me a math problem. I solve it correctly (triple checked work) but after input of the answer into the top, bottom, and both it never recognizes the correct answer. Is this a glitch or am I missing something?
