Disables mouse interaction with terminal

Thank you for this tool, I have been using it a few days and it is excellent - having the commit detail and diff a keypress away is fantastic.

My one problem so far is not being able to interact with the terminal with mouse - I can't select text to copy and I can't right-click for the usual terminal context menu. All mouse input other than scroll seems to be discarded. Could scroll be handled while leaving other mouse interaction unaltered?

Some time later I have learned I can interact using the mouse, bypassing this issue, by holding fn (macos Terminal.app), option (iTerm2), or shift (linux). It would still be preferable not to have to use this workaround.

This is a result of capturing the mouse to enable the scroll wheel to work. Some platforms/terminals do not report events to scroll without the capture.

As you discovered, many terminal emulators have some option to temporarily "disable" the capture.

Enabling mouse capture should be placed behind a configuration option so that it can be disabled.
