Retunring blank excel

The first time I used this scraper I put in 14 pages and it created an excel with all the information just fine.
However, I realized I had to put 27 instead of 14 pages.
Everytime I run the code after that it returns a blank excel.

It seems to have to do with Google returning "too many requests" to the user.
