Can't acess docker from browser

Hi!
I used the advice from the reply to the similar issue (ref below) and found IP address. But if I try it I get an error:"Unable to connect. Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 172.17.0.2 ... etc". I also tried to change port and use IP:Port as an address but it didn't help, though in some cases I got 404 error instead of this "Unable to connect..."
