As I am trying to run the Zika.ipynb, I noticed that the link

ftp://ftp-trace.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/sra-instant/reads/ByStudy/sra/SRP/SRP070/SRP070895/

is either deprecated or not accessible to everyone.
By following the parent directory ftp://ftp-trace.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/sra-instant/reads/ , one notices that only a sibdirectory ByRun is currently available.

By using SRP070895 as a query term for SRA-explorer:

I retrieve the ByRun/sra/SRR/SRR319/ directory. Could you confirm that this corresponds to the data initially included in the analysis by pointing to the deprecated by now

If not, could you point out the discrepancies (missing or additional files).
