As I am trying to run the Zika.ipynb, I noticed that the link

is either deprecated or not accessible to everyone.
By following the parent directory ftp://ftp-trace.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/sra-instant/reads/ , one notices that only a sibdirectory ByRun is currently available.

By using SRP070895 as a query term for SRA-explorer:

I retrieve the ByRun/sra/SRR/SRR319/ directory. Could you confirm that this corresponds to the data initially included in the analysis by pointing to the deprecated by now
