Best Practices

For every code base I always make 'best_practices.md' to act as a rule, but sometimes writing best practices for coding language alongside what I want for my particular repo takes forever. Is there an idea to centralise that kind of documentation 'best practices for C++/Java/web/desktop/mobile app...' that we could easily pull into repo and personalise it? It would speed up creating project rules by a lot, plus I'm never sure if I made a concise and full list, community driven documents would make this list more bullet proof and action tested.

I am all for a standard set of rules and instructions for Kilo for Kilo itself and other tools.

Something like a "rules marketplace" similar to what Kilo already has for custom modes?

Yeah, either marketplace or a new repo with a collection of rules and skills related directly to coding practices, languages and type of app. It would be good if it had element of community driven oversight so that the rules get updated and get better over time.
