Since I've discovered environmental variables can be optional in settings.yml, I should move all variables currently listed here into settings.yml, and see which ones I can make optional. Definitely the let's encrypt ones, probably the Google and Facebook ones, and potentially the Amazon ones. Other than the Let's Encrypt ones, these would all still be (essentially) required in production, but shouldn't be necessary for development purposes.
