HelixCode Project Completion Report & Implementation Plan

Executive Summary

The HelixCode project is currently at 75% completion with solid core functionality but significant gaps in testing, documentation, website implementation, and mobile applications. This report provides a comprehensive analysis of unfinished work and a detailed 4-phase implementation plan to achieve 100% completion across all components.
