[bug] Hide percent difference for WPT scores that are hidden

Is the data shown different from the original source?

Hey folks, apologies, despite the instructions on how to check if the underlying data sources are identical, I could not find the data in the provided links. I'll post this here and feel free to close it directly. Or if someone can point me to exactly where I can find the data sources behind the test score % vs. test score absolute number of passing tests, I would appreciate it and happily open an issue in the right repo!

I noticed on https://webstatus.dev/features/anchor-positioning?q=anchor+positioning that web platform test score % for Chrome and Edge is exceedingly low and does not match the absolute number of passing tests (408/425, or ~85%)

Hi @tryggvigy! Thanks for the report. Those percentages represent the percent difference for that time window.

Take navigation for example. The view is slightly different as you see the current percentages as well as the percentage difference.

We currently hide the score for a browser if it is marked as not implemented. However, we should also hide the percent difference too.
