Translate the tabs on the homepage

I'd like to know where I can specifically translate the tabs and search bar on the homepage. I can translate everything else in Geonode 5.0.1 from this file: /mnt/volumes/statics/static/mapstore/gn-translations/data.fr-FR.json, but not the homepage tabs. Furthermore, I don't understand why they aren't translated by default.
