Flask (Python Web Framework)

Flask is a lightweight and widely used Python web framework maintained by the Pallets Projects organization. It is commonly used for building web applications, APIs, and backend services.

Many developers use Flask in modern web stacks, especially for small to medium web applications, microservices, and REST APIs.

Adding Flask to the Font Awesome Brands pack would allow developers to visually represent Flask in technology stacks, developer portfolios, documentation, dashboards, and GitHub README files.

Since Font Awesome already includes icons for many developer tools and frameworks, adding Flask would help represent one of the most popular Python web frameworks used in production today.

Hi,

Adding some clarification for review:

There have been three earlier Flask icon requests — #15092, #18214, and #19567 — but from what I could find, those appear to be based on Flask’s earlier logo/branding rather than Flask’s current identity.

This request is specifically for the newer Flask brand mark / visual identity that is more widely recognized and used today. It also appears to be a better fit for the cleaner, simplified style typically used for Font Awesome brand icons, compared with Flask’s earlier logo style, which was relatively more detailed.

If this would be better handled by consolidating it with one of the earlier requests rather than treating it as a separate request, I’d be happy to follow that approach.
