Translations / Updater

Hi! is it possible to add the updater outside of the program? If you use the program without internet access, the black cmd window appears and freezes there...until after a moment a window appears saying that it found a new update :S

And another thing...I would like to translate the program into Spanish, how can I do it?

About the updater,I can make it stop if it id unable to get the file required for the check,about the translation it's possible but would need a big overhaul on the way im doing things,but i think its manageable

Maybe an option to disable checking for updates at startup? And regarding the translation... if it is not too much to ask, could you create a translation system with its resource file to edit manually?... As soon as it is ready, I will proceed with the translation immediately....
