I get a lot of messages like:

Consider increasing the job's required CPU cores or limiting the number of processes/threads launched.
This warning probably shouldn't trigger unless a job uses substantially more CPU than it requested. One core of actual Docker work plus Toil itself will often trigger this warning even when there's not really anything the workflow author could really be expected to do.
