Hi, just to notify you that the work in this repository is queued for inclusion in upstream GDAL 3.11:

• NITF driver: NITF: represent SAR products with I,Q bands as single complex band OSGeo/gdal#11104
• RCM driver: Add contributed raster read-only RCM (Radarsat Constellation Mission) driver OSGeo/gdal#11112
• RS2 driver: RS2: merge modifications coming from DRDC related to NITF Complex datasets OSGeo/gdal#11102
