Clean-up UI

Temp UI was merged in so that we can go ahead and split up api/frontend. These are the outstanding issues.

Final:

• Cleanup unused CSS.
• Look at accessibility more.
• Run through: websitelaunchchecklist.com

Current issues:

• Revisit Navbar. - margins/mobile
• Revisit Footer.
• Issue with grid displaying notice about rows not handling auto/0 anymore.
• Link from icon in header to landing page.
• Explanation of search bar on Scams page
• Include Footer Icons.
• Next page widget for scams table.
• Header Icons.
• Scams table icons (trust-trading, ponzi scheme, phishing, scamming, etc).
• New field for chain in scams table. - Waiting on backend functionality
• New field for reporter in scams table. - Waiting on backend functionality
• Collapsible API Endpoints on /api - We may end up using Postman for this
• Widget next to Page Titles.
• Issue with buttons and resizing on hover in domain pages.
• Issue with margins in nav bar.
• Clean up mobile view of the scams tables.
• Remove sharing button in domain pages and add individual social-media sharing icons. - I can implement this this evening.
• Change cursor: pointer; on table rows.
• Issue with explorer on bottom of /address/<address> page being an api not a block explorer gui.
• Issue with some instances of 404 pages.
• Issue with verified.name not conforming to scheme on /address/<address> page.
• Clean up 404 page.
• Issue with search on un-resolveable ENS names. Add in ability to resolve correctly or return an error message.
• Error with mycrypto logo on https://cryptoscamdb.org/domain/mycrypto.
• Issue with /coin/<coin> endpoints not displaying correct data (Look at backend).
