Onboard five new undergrads (Malique, Phoom, Katherina, Abe, Martin)

- Add members to people.xlsx, CV, and lab-manual (via onboard script)
- LLM-rewritten bios (with light polish for consistent third-person style)
- Add third-person rule to onboard_member.py LLM prompt to prevent
  future first-person bios slipping through
- Remove duplicate Phoom entry from CV caused by quote-style mismatch
  during re-onboarding
