Remove stale skill copies from MCP repo

codealive-context-engine/ and plugins/codealive/ were accidentally
committed in 5f327b7 (Apr 14, 2026) during a "sync everything" pass
on previously untracked local directories. They shipped stale copies
of the skill that lives in codealive-skills and were never part of
any install path — README already points users at codealive-skills
for the skill and plugin.
