This repository contains of validation of superimposed 3D structural patterns of RNA-protein complexes. These validated 3D structural patterns of RNA-protein interaction were performed using the PyMOL Software. A total of 11 superimposed 3D structural patterns of RNA–protein interactions were validated save in this repository, and the validated superimposed 3D structural patterns were saved in .pse file format.
